Counseling Services

In-Office

My office is located at 330 S. University Avenue in Mount Pleasant, MI. The building is wheel-chair accessible. My office is located on the second floor and requires use of stairs. Arrangements to meet on the first floor can be made for those whom stairs are a barrier. Please let me know of any accommodations you may need.

Tele-health

In order to reduce barriers to services and ensure the convenience and safety of clients, I provide therapy to anyone residing in the State of Michigan via a secured tele-health platform.

You must have a private space, and a secure internet connection.

Individual Counseling for Adults and Adolescents

I am open to working with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, peer relationships, perfectionism, relationship concerns, postpartum challenges, and mood disorders.

I have particular interest in working with college students, athletes, new parents, survivors of trauma, and those experiencing challenges with adjustment and relationships.

I am effective in assisting others with setting boundaries, increasing self-awareness, and enhancing one’s sense of meaning and purpose through values congruent living.

Student-Athlete Counseling

I have six years of experience working with collegiate student-athletes. I understand the unique stressors of sport in this current age, including: time demands, performance pressure, perfectionism, coping with injury, making decisions about the future of one’s involvement in sport, managing internal and external expectations, and athlete identity stressors.

Let’s discuss how I can help.
